On Thursday January 19, Dr.Schupak was installed as a Member At Large to the New York County Dental Society, our local component of the American Dental Association. Congratulations to our new President, Dr. Jeffrey Senzer, President Elect, Dr. James Doundoulakis, Vice President, Dr. David Shipper, Secretary, Dr. Marci Levine,and Treasurer, Dr. Maurice Edwards. Kudos also to our Past-President, Dr. Patricia Sukmonowski for a job well done!
Dr. Schupak attended the Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity convention in Florida where Dr. Bruce Donoff, dean of Harvard Dental School, won the Achievement Medal. Dr. Schupak attended meetings of the board of the Alpha Omega Foundation, a charitable arm of the Fraternity, which supports philanthropic dental programs around the world.

Smiles Change Lives
Dr. Gail Schupak has joined Smiles Change Lives, a national orthodontic charity, to help provide quality care to youth in her area who cannot afford treatment and don’t qualify for other assistance. Dr. Schupak will donate her time and talents to treat SCL-approved patients. Smiles Change Lives (SCL) promotes and provides access to affordable, life-changing, essential orthodontic treatment to children from low-income families. With a growing demand nationwide, SCL’s vision is to provide access to braces for all youth suffering from crooked teeth and misaligned jaws.
