We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is highly skilled, well trained and strives to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We aim to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars through the American Association of Orthodontists and the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists.

Kim Holmes – Office Manager/Registered Dental Hygienist

kimKim was born in San Diego, California but grew up in Palm Springs, California. She moved to New York in 1980 to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she received her degree in fashion buying and merchandising. After working in the garment district, she had a change of heart and went back to college. She attended New York City College of Technology where she received her degree in dental hygiene. Kim has been with our office for 26 years! Kim has lived in the West Village for 19 years, where she raised her daughter.


Pamela Nelson – Receptionist

pamelaPamela was born and raised in Manhattan. She received an Associate's degree from Queens Borough Community College in Business Administration. She has been with our office for over 14 years. Pamela is also a professional jazz singer who adores her three daughters who are in college. Truly a people person, she enjoys greeting, meeting, and tending to the clerical needs of all of our patients, from the old to the new.



Carlina Lucas – Dental Assistant

carlinaCarlina was born and raised in Puerto Rico and moved to New York in 1979. She has been working as a dental assistant for 25 years and at our office for over 15 years. Carlina currently lives in the Bronx with her husband and two children. She loves to read and do arts and crafts.

Jessica Kim – Dental Assistant

Jessica Kim was born and raised in Queens. In 2015, her interest in dentistry led her to shadow in our office while she was a student at Hunter College majoring in biochemistry. We enjoyed her passion and enthusiasm for orthodontics so much that we brought her on to our team. She is currently working as a dental assistant in the office while she finishes her pre-dental requirements. She is an avid piano and flute player and can speak Korean.
